Trustee Meeting

March 27, 2024

Present:  Marty Bender, Nancy Picthall-French, Cathryn Clark-Dawe, Denise Lawless

Meeting start 4:04

Secretary’s Report:  no changes

Treasurer’s Report:  credit card needs to be reset for use

Director’s Report:  no changes

Old Business:  

        1.Director’s presentation will be next month

        2.April movie:  Rear Window

        3.Popcorn machine:  Marty will purchase and advise when it is in so we can have a ‘test  

           run.

        4.We will serve in lunch bags.  Denise will purchase a scoop, salt, oil spray, and bags.            

            Marty will get popcorn and oil.

        Trustee conference:  Denise and Nancy are registered.  Marty will register and pay the 

         Fees.

New Business:

 Cathryn:  eclipse glasses are gone.  There were 50 pairs

Marty:  Michael will clean carpets when mud season is over.

Denise:  nothing

Nancy:  nothing
