Trustees Meeting
October 30, 2018
The meeting was called to order at 1:05 p.m. Present were Nancy Picthall-French, Chairperson, Marty Bender, Treasurer, and Leslie Collins, Secretary.
The purpose of today’s meeting was to develop the budget for 2019.

The Trustees of the library will present this budget to the Select Board on Nov. 5 at 6:30 p.m.
Marty upgraded the broadband speed from 15 mbps to 150 mbps with the cost of an additional $20 per month.
Cathryn requested vacation time for 12-26-18, 12-30-18, and 12-31-18, which the board granted unanimously. On 12-12-18, the following volunteers will cover the library for Cathryn; Marty will cover 9-11 a.m., Nancy 11 a.m.-1:30 p.m., Leslie 1:30-4 p.m. and Julia 4-8 p.m.
A thank you card was received from the Hopkinton Library for the gift card.
The meeting ended at 3:08 p.m. The next Trustee Meeting of the Webster Free Public Library will be on Wednesday, November 28, 2018 at 4 p.m.
