Trustees Meeting
November 28, 2018
The meeting was called to order at 4:10 p.m. Present were Cathryn Clark-Dawe, Director, Nancy Picthall-French, Chairperson, and Marty Bender, Treasurer. Leslie Collins was absent.
Secretary Report The Secretary’s report for October was reviewed and accepted The only change in the report is to change August to September
Treasurer’s Report - Currently, $7,829 has been spent for books and materials out of a total budget of $10,634.
Old Business
Movie: from December through March, the movies will be shown at 2:p.m. After this period, the movie time will return to seven p.m. If there is snow, people are asked to call Marty at 648-2309 to see if the movie has been canceled. Marty will check with Therese Larsen to see if the room will be available. He will also contact Dee to put the notice about the day and time of the next movie in the Grapevine. The December movie will be A Night to Remember
Master Plan: The Master Plan meeting in November looked at housing and retail in Webster. Some ideas for housing included cluster housing on large pieces of land. Retail ideas included coffee shops and possibly a solar array at the Copart lot. The next meeting is on December 12 at 6:30 p.m. Nancy will attend.
Celebration Bags: Leslie delivered the Celebration bags for November to the Food Pantry and will deliver the December ones.
Hiking Backpack: Leslie is still compiling information on trails in Webster. We will discuss the backpack in 2019
New Business
Marty will send a check for $50 to the Webster Congregational Church in memory of Sue Barnes.
The meeting ended at 5:12 p.m. The next meeting is scheduled for December 19th at 4 p.m.
