Trustees Meeting

November 15, 2023

Present:  Nancy Picthall-French, Cathryn Clark-Dawe, Marty Bender, Denise Lawless

Meeting start:  4:01

 Old Business: 

1. Personnel Policy:  Change chairman to chairperson, add section for personal days,  add assistant.  Cathryn will make changes and send it out.

2.  2024 Budget.  Increase $3000.00  with changes noted.  Marty will compile it and send it to selectboard and town administrator.  

New Business:  

Cathryn:  Library will be closed 12/24/23 through 1/1/24 with  one vacation day:12/27.

Marty:  December 15  movie will be Christmas in Connecticut.  

Nancy:  Nothing

Denise:  will send gift cards for Christmas

Next meeting will be 12/13/23 at 4:00
