Request for Proposals from Contractors

The Town of Webster seeks proposals from contractors for projects needed at the Town Hall/Library/Office Building.

1. To inspect the front of the building to determine if moisture is seeping from the inside of the clapboards to the outside and to suggest a resolution. This needs to be done prior to the building being painted.
2. The outside stairs at the back door to the Meeting Hall need to be replaced/repaired. The Town would like proposals or other recommended alternatives.
3. The door frame to the rear door of the meeting hall needs to be replaced and the door rehung.

Proposals are to include the cost for labor, materials and equipment needed. Contractors are required to have applicable insurance and are welcome to stop by the Town Office to view the work at anytime. Proposals will be reviewed by the Selectboard at the June 3, 2024, meeting. The work is to be completed by September 30, 2024.
