Trustee Meeting

Secretary’s Report:  Corrections:  date and treasurer’s report.

Treasurer’s Report: Checks disbursed, report

Director’s Report: no changes

Old Business:  

Webster Gardeners:  no news on speakers, George Cummings will ask neighbor to speak about beekeeping.  We amy pick a date to show the movie Kiss The Ground (climate change) and advertise date

March Movie:  The Producers  3/17/23

Projector:  Church would like the donation of the old one; new one arrived and may be installed tomorrow.  Electrician will install the outlet.

Heater and Furnace:  Two space heaters were purchased.  Huckleberry replaced a part on the furnace and it started working.

Bylaw Review:  Changes noted and Cathryn will make the changes.

March Annual Meeting: Election of officers and Library Director Presentation-Management by Objective

New Business:

Denise :  Thank you note set to Judy O’Donnel

Nancy:  Barbara Corliss will do a second presentation on genealogy after town meeting
