Secretary’s report: Add Free to the library heading
Spelling error corrected
Treasurer Report: Change and add category for passes
Card problem with Baker and Taylor needs to be addressed
Old Business:
Webster Gardeners -Seed swap rescheduled for Nov. 6 at 2 at the town hall. Original meeting became a planning session. Topics discussed-master gardener, coop talks, pruning, etc
Updated email list, and group will take over library garden.
Budget review for presentation to the selectboard: Assistant hours and salary, projector.
Nancy will check with Dana about ARPA money for the air conditioner.
Candidate forum was canceled due to lack of republican candidates and wish for library to stay non-partisan.
NHLTA dues and switch Leslie’s membership to Denise
NEW BUSINESS:
Cathryn: Revisit membership to McAuliffe/Shepard Planetarium. Decided membership too expensive at $300/year and voted against purchase
Hoopla can be set up for monthly payments. Cathryn will check on the email she received.
Marty: Research projector purchase. Range to $1400
Increase janitor pay to $50.00 per month.
Marty will put up sign for library.
November movie-Elvis. Checking copyright on The Bishop’s Wife for December.
Nancy: gift for Leslie
Gifts for volunteers: $25 gift card from Warner Bookstore
Thank you card for Phil and Marylou Desmarais
Denise: no new business
