Voluntary Merger Instructions and Information
All lots involved must have deeds with the exact same names of property owners on each. Application gets sent to Town of Webster, 945 Battle Street, Webster,NH 03303 Attn: Land Use Coordinator with a check for $40.00 payable to Town of Webster. The application is then signed by the Planning Board and sent to the Merrimack County Registry of Deeds to be recorded. A copy of the recorded form will be sent to the property owner by the Land Use Coordinator.
