The Webster Zoning Board of Adjustment will hold a public hearing in the Select Board’s Conference Room in the Webster Town Hall at 945 Battle St., Webster, NH, on Tuesday, April 10, 2018 at 7:00 P.M. The Zoning Board will review an application from Joshua Taylor, 367 Battle Street, Webster, NH for a Special Exception to Article V Section 1 of the Webster Zoning Ordinance to run a commercial business. The property is located on tax map 4 lot 24 at 12 Roby Road in the residential/agricultural zone. If the commercial special exception is granted, then a second public hearing will immediately follow conducted by the Planning Board to approve or disapprove the accompanying Site Plan Review application from Mr. Taylor as required by the Town of Webster Zoning Regulations.
