ColorNook Borrowing Agreement and Policy
You must be at least 18 years old in order to borrow the Nook, must already have a Webster Free Public Library borrower’s card, and your borrowing privileges must not be suspended.
By checking out the Nook you are assuming responsibility for any damage, loss or theft of the device while it is checked out to you.
Replacement costs are as follows:
ColorNook $249.00
Wall adapter and/or cable $ 24.99
Cover $ 34.95
Instructions no charge
Please initial here ______ that you have checked that all parts are included in the bag and that the Nook is working.
Please return the Nook inside the library directly to a staff member. A minimum $25.00 fee will be charged if the Nook is returned in the Book Return box. Do not leave the Nook on the circulation desk if a staff member is not there to check it in.
An overdue fine of $1/day will be charged for each day the ColorNook is late. After 28 days, the library will purchase a replacement Nook and the patron will be responsible for the $283.95 replacement costs for the ColorNook and cover.

If you use the ColorNook to purchase books from Barnes and Noble, please remember to remove them from the Nook before returning, and to unregister your account on the ColorNook.
