Building Permit Process:
An application for Septic Design Approval must be presented to the Town Office with five (5) sets of plans, two (2) separate checks and a stamped envelope addressed to DES. The check to DES shall be in the amount of $300.00 and the one to the Town of Webster shall be in the amount of $150.00
A completed Building Permit Application must be returned to the Town Office with the fee of $600.00. The application must include the approval number from DES for the above referenced septic design. The application will be reviewed by the Zoning Compliance Officer and Deputy Fire Chief Adam Pouliot and the Driveway Application will also be reviewed by the Planning Board. Every effort will be made to complete review of the application with 10 working days. Work shall not be started on the site until a permit has been issued.
If building is to be located in the Pillsbury Lake District, the Pillsbury Lake Building Review Board must also be contacted.
