The Town of Webster Cemetery Trustees hereby notify the public or caretakers of cemetery lots in Webster cemeteries that the rules and regulations in effect since 1984 shall be enforced.
 No shrubs, trees, rose bushes, lilies or any type perennial are allowed. Annuals allowed at one site on the lot within a one-foot radius of stone. Corner stones should be placed as soon as possible after selection of lot. Maker with person(s) name on it should be placed within one year of burial. Any perennials, trees, shrubs, etc. that have been planted since 1984 will be removed after October 1, 2001.
