Completed Building Permit Applications should be returned to the Town Office for review by the Zoning Compliance Officer and Deputy Fire Chief Adam Pouliot. The Driveway Application will also be reviewed by the Planning Board. The applicaiton fee is $600.00. An impact fee of $5,306.00 is due upon final inspection and prior to the issuance of the Certificate of Occupancy.
